Our Story
"Schools teach math, science, and literature — but who teaches students how to network?"
In October 2023, Arjun Sharda founded TLEEM with this question in Round Rock, Texas. What began as an experiment to fill a critical gap in K–12 education has grown into a nationwide movement operating across three continents.
Today, TLEEM operates chapters in schools and communities worldwide — helping over 4,000 students build the social capital and professional networks that traditional education has always overlooked.

TLEEM's chapters operate as interactive school and community clubs — giving students hands-on experience with professional networking, mentorship, and social capital formation. The model is replicable, scalable, and free.
